more wedding and scotland

sorry, these photos are a bit out of order... picturesque loch and mountains, ahhh, the scottish highlands; the wedding clan, happy congratulations; liz and me and one of our nicer looking waiters, hehe; me and the bro and cuzs at the snow; the cuz clan at the wedding.

enjoy, ahhhh, aren't we all handsome and gorgeous!

weddings, engagements, snow and quadbiking.

well, och aye, here i am in scotland with the family (or some of us anyways), there's mum, dad, bro, cuz liz, cuz anf, unkie malc, his new wife carol (welcome to the fam), new step cuzs alex and pat. and then their fam too. it is beautiful, today we have seen cloud, rain, sun, snow and everything else inbetween (is there anything else inbetween??). the pics are malc and carol at the loch, ahhh, isn't it beautiful, postcard material, wish you were here! Groom and children, cutting the cake, my side of the rodgers clan, happy husband and wife.

so, friday was my last day at mt school, good and bad. jumped in the car with mum and dad to drive up to scotland. Got to Boat of Garten by Sunday, fab place. Spent sunday night and monday catching up with the fam, which has been fantastic. and sunday was the most beautiful day(who picked on me for saying lovely in my last posting??? everything was lovely, and my vocab has become very limited since working with my kids... sitting, good boy, eating. Good sitting, stop, listening. are you doing good listening?? good boy, you get the gist). anyways...

monday became overcast and windy as, and so we had Malcolm and Carols wedding inside. We would have been blown into the loch otherwise. and celebrated into the night at a beautiful scottish countryside home that had been turned into a function centre. The quartet added a great atmosphere to an already welcoming place and as for the food.... it was delicious.

so, today, no rest for the wicked, the kids (being me, jordie, liz and ant) went up to ummm, some ski slope in Scotland near inverness, sorry, can't remember the name. We caught the funicular up to the top which is apparently the talles peak in the UK with the tallest treeline and fastest land speeds in the UK. it was snowing, windy and cold, but also lovely! Afterwards we had a pasty for lunch and went quad biking. I am really bad at quad biking, but it was fun all the same. the stream crossings were very fun too.

and now relaxing in a lovely hotel called the Boat (at Boat of Garten). Oh and on Sunday, we caught the steamtrain from the station from something to do with Harry Potter, so that was cool. Unfortunately, i didn't get to Loch Ness, hopefully next time. I think mum and dad went there today. Wonder if they saw the monster. he's not under my bed.

well, that's about it for me. some more photos to come shortly, many things to show you all, and might write about my other adventures with my parents in Paris and Wales and other fun places.

love you all,
deev

and by the way, NO i am not engaged, but CONGRATS to Ty who has just told me she is getting married, yay. so am in scotland just after a wedding finding out about friends getting married, romance must be in the air!

party party party...

well, has been a busy busy few weeks since my parents have arrived. I broke up from school, and we jumped in the car and drove to Oxford, where i had a lovely birthday with my parents. Well, somewhere between Oxford and Churchill. And i had a lovely birthday dinner (see the top photo). Then we went through some lovely English Villages in the countryside (see photo 2) and back intime for the next party party party!!! this one was bery bery be different to our first one, but as usual, we all had a blast. Photo 3 is again some spanish friends and photo 4 is a lovely group of aussies...

still to come snippets from trip to wales with parents and trip to france over easter. had a lovely time. I have fallen in love with paris, but then again i fall in love with almost every place i go.

so back home now for to work for 4 days and then jump into the car again with my parents and drive up to schotland for my uncles wedding. Really looking forward to that. Jordan was staying in my bed whilst i was in paris, but he left this morning before i got home. would have liked to see him, but that is what the weekend is for.

hope you are all well.
love, kisses and buy yourselves a freddo frog.

bring on spring!!

well, i love the spring, as i said before, it is still light at 7:30pm, and the flowers are out, the sun shines (sometimes), the birds sing and people even sometimes smile!!! one of the photos is of us yesterday. the sun came out and so we all went out to the street, however the sun then decided to hide behind a cloud then played a game of hide and seek with us as we went in and then it came out again so we went out and it went away again.... grrrr boo hiss the sun. we also accidently locked ourselves out as the door blew shut, luckily the window was open so could get back in... so we saw the sun and had a great house congregation outside... BEAUTIFUL!!

on friday arvo i got some time off in lieu (for going to a nighttime concert with the students) and so went to see some cool photos at southwark cathedral... except the exhibition wasn't as big as i thought it would be so we went to the tate modern... there is a photo of me looking into the window of the tate modern to Jose and Tana (who went with me) and behind my reflection is st pauls, it was quite a nice place to go for coffee on a warmish friday arvo. after that went to a dinner with a whole heap of lovely spanish people in Kilburn to eat sushi... (see photo of spanish guys)

ummm, oh what else is new.... spot the happy davina because she met some strangers at the airport... any guesses from the photo for who they are??? (sorry about the flash in the mirror!) it was fantastic to see my parents again. will be travelling with them a bit throughout april until we go to scotland for my uncles wedding and then they fly home... boo hoo.

well, that is all for today.
party on friday to celebrate my b;day, mat's (old) b'day and clements b'day all in april, so hopefully that will be good. and only 2 days of school till holidays. yay.

love you all

just a little update

just realised it has been a while, so here is some news...

on Sunday it was start of BST (British Summer Time) so yay and another yay, it isw 7:25 pm and still light, i know, it is crazy!!! I am still lazy and eating a whole heap too much. all my housemates seem to be losing weight, but i have found it all in my room and on my body... hehe, nah, it isn't that bad yet, but it will be if i don't start exercising more and eating less. but that is the english life, and i am having a good time.

what else, well, 1 week and 1 day left of school. I am loving my kids and will really miss them, but at the same time i am really looking forward to doing no marking and assessing (and no schoolwork on the weekends).

my parents come to london this weekend, and i am very very very excited. can't wait to see them. and hopefully they will spoil me rotten cos they miss me, nah seriously, will be good to travel with them. (and get lots of birthday presents from them too... hehe, well hopefully)

the other weekend i was meant to go to Leeds to see a friend matt, but i stupidly missed my bus on the friday night (love the tubes being delayed) and so stayed at home, but that meant i got to spend sunday wishing a very happy birthday to tami, so worked out ok!! will get to leeds another time.

don't think i have really done much else because full time teaching in a autistic class with lots of planning means davina becomes a bit boring, so the photos are london by night from the eye, me and tami at the peak district national park sign (and if you look hard you can see snow), joyeux anniversaire tami (me and her about to go out for brunch at cafe rouge) and me and katie and stpeh from the london eye (written about last posting)

so, some happy snaps of me... hope that you are all doing really well. i am having a great time over here mostly, except for those days you don't have such a good day... if you know what i mean...

love you all
hugz a million

LONDON EYE

whooooooo, so, anyways. Steph (a friend from gangshow living in London) and Katie (another friend from gangshow visiting london) myself and a few of stephs workmates went out for a night on the London Eye last night. It wasn't too bad. Steph works for a borough council over here and got a great deal for the night. we had a night trip on the London eye with complimentary wine, a cruise with the mayor of lambeth and mayors of other boroughs and had a 2 course meal with nibbles and yet more wine. the food was fantastic, the Thames was beautiful (even though it was hard to see as it was dark), i even got to play the trumpet of one of the band members (they had live music). I am so glad that i went. nmot every night you get to hang out with mayors and poobah around. fun fun.

and was great to see steph and kate again, as well as london by night. it is pretty cool looking out from above over the city lights and westminster, houses of parliament, big ben, st pauls, nelsons column, oxo building and whatever else we could see.

only problem was it was a thursday night, so we all had to go to work the next day.

just felt like sharing that little adventure with you all.
tami and i are off to sheffield on the weekend to meet up with a friend anna. should hopefully be a good weekend (i think it might even be snowing there, yay)

love ya, a great big hug from here

very tired at the moment and have some people over for pancakes for pancake day dinner, so will go, and tell of my weekend fun a bit later, but just wanted to put some photos of my weekend up.

Bristol...

well, I did end up getting away... to Bristol. Had a nice overnight.

asked Michaelmichael what to do and spent Thursday walking around in the pouring rain. I forgot to take raincoat and umbrella (stupid stupid, but i packed at 6:30 in the morning before i left). so had to buy an umbrella. I started with a crepe and coffee and then explore the town, walking to nearby Clifton and the famous suspension bridge, to Abbot's leigh and then wandered some shops in Bristol. Very good, very good. Then went back to Bristol Backpackers where i met a girl from perth and a canadian boy and went out on the town with them.

went to one pub and had dinner where some spanish friends from the backpackers joined us. we then ended up in the walkabout (but of course!!!) to sing the night away. We got kicked out of there at closing when we went to the dungeon of the backpackers to sing songs (i heard some spanish ones too) and then at 4:00am, called it a night. was very fun, my whole 3 drinks and all (big night.. ha)

and today i went outside to explore, and ended up seeing one of my new spanish friends and went and had breakkie with him at a cafe. We went to some markets where i bought some beef and some lamb sausages!! mmmmmm, and then spent the day helping them write job applications. Had to leave at 15:45 to catch the bus which was 1/2 hr late and then delayed, so didn't get into london till 20:00. very tired, but hey, had some nice sausages, mash and cabbage for dinner just like my pop used to make.

and now am home. was going to go to Brighton tomorrow with Mathieu (old) but will probably just bum around at home and see some sights of London. maybe go to the Dali exhibition.

well, that's all for the moment, just thought i would tell you all about my new spanish friends, yay.

Happy Valentines Day!!!

well, all of us being single (well almost, Mathieu new has a girlfriend but decided to spend most of the night with us!!) we decided to have a Happy Valentines Day dinner here... it was a lovely night with crepes all round, good aussie beer and cute little bottles of Veuve Clicquot to celebrate!!!

what else have i been up to... well, it is the half-term holidays and i had grand adventures, which have evented to nothing, so tomorrow i am off to see Bristol for two days, Saturday will be another trip to Brighton and then Sunday i think a house visit to Dali... so not too bad. oh and i bought a bookshelf. very exciting for me!! now i have somewhere to put my school books and my printer and other stuff i have accumulated over the last 6 months (a few recipe books, thanks to those who have given them!)

ummmm, last weekend i went to a LSE (London School of Economics) party with Mathieu new and met some great Germans. Went to their house for dinner on the saturday which was pretty fun. and whilst carrie was still here, i caught up with Ben Warner... was great to see one of my narweigan (that's right, Narwee not Norway!) friends. ahhh, i miss hanging out with my narweigan boys.

well, i think that is about all for me. have to get some school work done at some stage in the half-term, hopefully ummm, ummm, another day!

love you all, enjoy the photos.
deev

sorry, to try and decipher the photos... the clicquot with fandangle sippy top, the new german friends Nausikaa and Florien (with me and matt), clement and carrie, ahhh, roses for valentines day and ben and myself on the tube on the way to ice-skating

just an update

on tuesday night we went to the Moroccan restaurant around the corner... not too bad. £15 for some excellent couscous with lamb and a few glasses of wine. the dessert pastries were pretty yummy and the shiesha (sp?) well, i didn't have the full experience of it, but it smelt quite nice. apple flavour... apart from the mexican married to a french and the iranian who spoke french, i was the only non-french person out of a table of 11... not too bad. although, unfortunately my french is not getting much better.

anyways, what else... haven't really been up to much. it is getting lighter in the mornings (or otherwise i am leaving home too late.. whoops) but it is still very cold. We have half-term beginning tomorrow. yay, although i don't think i will get away because i left the planning a trip too late. i will see what i feel like next week, but will probably explore London a bit, do a bit of school work and probably get to Brighton or somewhere similar for the day.

as for school, Silver class have a new teacher who comes for a visit tomorrow. I will stay at school until the end of the Spring Term and then maybe a handover period, not too sure, but i will not be there much into summer term. which will hopefully mean slightly later starts and earlier finishes to my day and maybe even a little more travel.

think that is all for me at the moment.
i am starting to branch away from the stir-frys (thanks to people giving me ideas and recipes) and i am quite proud with some of the dinners i have cooked so far. even some of my housemates eat my food now. ha

love you all and miss you too

am still smiling over here and loving it!!

snowing.

oh my goodness... oh my goodnes... it has been so cold the last few days and then in the classroom at lunch i heard a child say 'it's snowing'. I went outside and lo and behold... there was very small snowflake.

I started jumping up and down with excitement and one of my teaching assistants was wondering what was wrong. NOTHING was wrong, it was snowing. She decided I was worse than the kids. ha.

so there you go. Lunch time is half over and it is beginning to snow. yay!! hopefully booking a ski trip this weekend, will keep you all posted to how that goes.

love you all,

Kilravock Castle for the King and Queens...

ok, so when i say Kilravock Castle, i mean Tami and Janes place. they have called it that because it is the street they live in. (apparently after a castle in Scotland). SO if that is the house, then what better housewarming theme than come as your inner king and queen. seeing as i don't have much in the way of dressing up clothes, i opted for the queen of accessories. tami was a princess, jane was a queen of chav, anna was robin hood prince of thieves, and there were many other great people to be seen. Elvis was even at the party.

took some great photos. oh and check out my shoes, don't remember if i have posted a photo of them before, but i am loving them!!!

so, to the photos... yay

the photos...

and here are some photos from the night, as promised.... aussie uni friends their housemates and friends (turkish, south african and english) in our front hallway. Me and Matt who i met in chile in 1998, long time no see... me and steph (my PL from Gangshow) and her friend (forgot the name, whoops.) Steph is the one with the dark hair and she has been over here just shy of 3 years. just a few people in our kitchen (if you look hard, you can see the back of Carrie's head). and Clement, me and Jose in the kitchen, ahhh, the housemates, well some of them anyways. We all had a fab night. well, off now to Tami and Jane's housewarming... will be good to get there cos it is cold out, so a warm house will be very welcoming.

take care

part....Y

saturday night was a good night... well, maybe interesting is a better thing. Our poor little fish. Carrie thought they were going to die... I mean, i know vodka looks like fish food, but apparently it isn't as good for the fish. ha. we had a real mix of people in the house, aussies, english, northern irish, south african, turkish, french, canadian and then came the spanish. the level of noise in the house increased 10 fold... the amount of mess in the house increased 10 fold and well, the joy of the house increased too. although the spanish have a different way of partying to what i am used to! ha. we all had a good night, even after we found spaniards rumbling (drunken play fighting) in our room. Jose then decided to try and keep an eye on his friends so our rooms didn't get ruined. was very nice of him. got to bed at about 5am, and didn't want to face the mess the next day. we all got up and had a good day cleaning up, vacuuming, washing, etc etc.

it was great to see some of my friends again. one guy came to the party and i hadn't seen him since chile 7 years ago, and another girl from gangshow... it was sooooo fantastic. and of course carrie was here. it was a ball.

and then back to school on monday. I was tired, but it is now thursday night and only one day left till the weekend. I have had a great week at work, although today i had 5 cd cases broken and the cd player thrown on the floor when one student couldn't cope with the excitement in the room. and a few students got pushed over in the excitement too. I am grateful that little students bounce to a certain extent.

we have our first class assembly tomorrow and I am really excited. We made a class book of 'This is the bear', it looks fantastic. And we are going to sing a Hi-5 song to the other students.... go Hi-5. Lovin it!!!

might put some photos on in the next few days (if i remember). hmmmm, well, Clement is stressed over jobs, angelique is stressed over job interviews, jose is stressed cos daniella is leaving... everyone is stressed. I am not too bad, but i think i will be a bit stressed this weekend as the planning comes to it's last stages. Well, at least tomorrow I have a birthday party for the last part of the day, so should hopefully be a good one.

love youse all!!

6 months down...

well, i woke up this morning and realised it has been 6 months today since i left Australia. And I am having a blast over here. But have not done nearly as much as i had planned, so i better get cracking.

We are having a party on Saturday which will be a cultural fest as we have everyone bringing friends along. French, Spanish, Aussie, English, Italian, who knows...

School is going really well. I am loving finally being on my own class, but I am not enjoying the planning and early starts that goes along with that. Espcially when the tube goes on strike... oh well, this is London. And it has been a bit of a shock to the system actually having to keep on top of things, write up absolutely everything and prepare resources for the things i am teaching. But yesterday was an awesome day and today has been pretty good, with the students all quite calm.

Carrie is staying with me which has been fun... ummm, what else, hopefully planning a ski trip for mid-term, or if not, maybe a trip to france or italy.

so, 6 months down and who knows how many to go. Am loving it though

love you all! Miss you aswell,

deev
a great big warm hug (well, cos i am cold... ha)

school, plus some

well, i am dead tired, but i have had a great week. I was complaining to a housemate on Tuesday how i was actually really quite scared to go to school. and i kind of still am. The kids are hard to figure out and there is a lot of planning to do, but i am sure i will get on top of that eventually.

Wednesday was great, no kids at school, just a training day. And then thursday and friday i had 5/7 kids in class. And friday afternoon i had 2 children who were very unsettled (one was throwing the other across the room or half-strangling him because he was too excited and didn't know what to do with all his energy) but then i put on the wiggles during drink and fruit and by the time we got to afternoon circle we put hi-5 on and all the kids were very calm. It was seriously AMAZING... a blessing and a great way to end my friday afternoon at school. I still have heaps of planning, but my headteachers advice was don't get overwhelmed, so i won't. ha. I am loving school and will learn a lot from being in an autistic class for 5 months.

umm, have had 2 friends from sydney stay with me this week, Bin and Shavarsh. It has been fab. we went to the producers tonight at Theatre Royal which was geat. Very funny, a bit crude, but a good show. And have hung out every night since wednesday either in town or at a nice pub or something. it has been nice to chill out and catch up with them and see some sights of LONDON.

and for those of you who know carrie, she comes tomorrow to stay for a month to work at the BBC, so things are all go here. But seeing as she is working, i can stay a bit later at school to do planning and we can do lots on the weekends or in the evenings. Although we will probably be getting to bed a bit earlier than i have previous nights.... oh well, tourists don't stay here that often, so i have to have a bit of fun with them. And i am turning into a boring sod never going into town anymore... too Lazy... bah.

well, bed now. will write in a few days.
love

yes mum, i am looking after myself!!! about 15kgs more than i was in sydney!! ha, just joking, not quite that bad yet.

Happy new year!!!

well, what is New Years without a friend getting thrown out of a pub for breaking someone's nose?? ha.

my plans for New Years fell through, so i went to a friend from uni's place for a bit of a celebration. we ended up going to the Walkabout (good old aussie pub) which was lucky, because it is a 2 minute walk from my house, so it was easy for me to get home. So we had a great night in an aussie pub with heaps of aussies, although to describe it think first year uni at North Sydney. But even though i was with some great people, the rest of the crowd were your typical drunk people who have one thing on their mind (and it was very crowded, so there were a lot of people wishing for some fun on new years eve)... so everytime someone walked past you you had to protect yourself from wandering hands. No wonder my friend tried to protect his girlfriend. But seeing as he had had a bit to drink, he thought headbutting the offender was the best way... the security guards weren't too happy with that, so our new years celebrations ended at about 1:15am. Not too bad an effort.

Oh and we got to see the fireworks from the Thames on the tv, in a much warmer environment than actually being there. And as much fun as having trousers soaked up to the mid-shin in beer is, i don't know how soon i will be going back to the walkabout. ha. But all in all, i did have a good evening.

I was missing home, but i was glad to be with friends! An intersting adventure for New Years to say the least.

well, sleep for me now i think.
HAPPY NEW YEAR to you all! Hope you had fun bringing it in with people you love.

love you all,
deev

WHite Boxing Day

so we didn't get the white Christmas that I wanted, but it was only a day late. It snowed on BOxing Day and all the way up until I left Brussels.

I am now home and not wanting to face work starting next week and all the responsibility that will bring. I have work to do before i start school and much more to do on the weekends and afternoons. Once again, welcome to the real world deev... ha, but my class is wonderful (despite a few quirks) and i am really looking forward going to the same place everyday.

well, here are some photos of the snow, yay

Christmas at the Vercnocke's.

Well, am now in Overjise in Belgium. It is not very far South East of Brussels. I am here with Jen and Mike (my dad's cousin somehow), their children Catherine and Tom and Jen's mum and dad. And we had an absolutely smashing Christmas with lots of cheese, wine and turkey. The cheeses are very exotic from France, Devon and Belgium too!!! And the wines were French or Spanish and the beer was a grand 8.something% and from Belgium, where they can be as strong as 12%.

Umm, we went to the Christmas markets today in Brussels which were pretty. And we are hoping for snow, although unfortunately it was not a white Christmas. Well, off now to watch Doctor WHo with the family and then maybe play a bit of Playstation 2 with the eyetoy... ever so much fun!

love you all and missing you all. Hope you had a GREAT Christmas.

p.s. tried to put the photos on, but they froze the computer... sorry, will add them when i get home. WIll be back in London for New Years, yay.

me

two housemates moving out and two new ones moving in (all french)... december holds lots of fun things in store. The dynamics of the house will change heaps.

umm, Marion went shopping in Selfridges the other day and bought a really nice pair of jeans, she had never heard of the brand, but nonetheless, it was sass and bide... go sydney...

went to order a laptop yesterday with lots of issues with my funding... I HATE the banks over here. so alas, no computer, hopefully sometime next week i will order it, who knows if it will arrive before christmas. as if not, i will not be able to pick it up, cos chrissie in brussels this year... who knows where i'll be for new years.

well, better get to tami's new place for dinner,

northern ireland

had a great weekend with Carrie in Northern Ireland. Ummm, the weather was cold, but it was fun. And we had a great chance to catch up which was fantastic. She lives close to the sea and we took lots of photos, but unfortunatly i can't load them yet... hohumm boring.

umm, what else is news??? I played mixed doubles tennis tonight, it was great. the onlything missing was doubles partner either Schelle or Kristy. maybe in the future... ha

don't think there is much else to write. am still having a good time. winter starts tomorrow, but it hasn't been too cold yet.

well, to bed with me.

Harry Potter

tonight i went to see Harry Potter with some friends from uni. I really enjoyed it. We decided that it would be a good movie to see again, so strongly recommend it!

Umm, oh, not sure if i said, but this winter is meant to be the coldest winter since 1963 or something. And on Friday the frost was really thick and we still had ice in the playground at 11:00am. So thinking it might be getting a bit chillier every day now.

Saw that they have outdoor ice-rinks in a few venues in London. Might go with a few of the housemates to check them out or with the uni friends. The main city streets are looking quite nice with all the decorations for Christmas and the roasted chestnuts on the side of the road. I am getting myself ready for a cold Christmas which will be quite bizarre. Although plans are that I will be in Brussels, not England... as for New Years... who knows??

that's all for now...
go see Harry Potter!

not every day...

it's not every day you walk down the street to the internet cafe passed by 5 police cars and also another one on the side of the road frisking a guy... or is it!!?? hopefully not! ha.

well, almost at the end of another week and what have i done?? I have worked, not done much else, but I am having fun.

Oh last night, i went to see Tim Freedman live at Bush Hall, just a walk from my home, not too bad. I managed to convince one of my housemates to go and met two girls from church there. Had a great night!! Hopefully i won't make myself poor by seeing gigs all the time. and Sat will be the next Harry Potter movie with some uni friends...

hope you are all well!!

oh my goodness...

well, we have had a lovely french/mexican couple living on our loungeroom floor for the past two weeks and they decided to give us a thank you present. Not only did Celeste cook a mean tikka masala (as well as other culinary delights throughtout the fortnight), but JB and Celeste decided to give us a fussball table. Who could ask for anything more??!!

Also, I am a changed person! And i am still trying to figure out if it is for the better. When we were putting the fussball table together, we had Robbie playing in the background and i was singing along... And believe it or not, I have a new found liking for the guy. See, I saw his Berlin Concert on TV and he is a fantastic entertainer. You could see from his eyes that he felt honoured to be performing the the German crowd - AMAZING!!

What else?? ummmm, finally booked my tickets to Northern Ireland. I'm going to visit Carrie on the weekend November 25th. And hopefully seeing Harry Potter next weekend, can't wait for that!!!! I played tennis on Friday night with one of my housemates, Clément. It was sooooo great to play after such a long time. Might try and get along to some mixed doubles nights so that I can keep it up.

Have been teaching every day since half-term, which has been great for money and experience. I have been at a variety of schools. I have decided that High Supports needs is not a field that i want to go into full time, but i enjoy teaching it every now and then. I have also been at a high school for students with medical troubles, austistic classes and mainstream classes reception to Year 6. On Wednesday I had a great arvo giving students massages listening to relaxing music. We had 5 students and me and 4 teaching assistants, it was FANTASTIC.

think that is all for the moment.

homesickness

homesickness has juststarted to kick in.

ha, crazy, it's only been 4 months.

i think it was coming home to the daily grind after spending an awesome week in Germany with Jana, talking about Aus and all that sort of stuff, ahhhh, Masthead Island... ahhhh, the sun and sand... ahhhhh the rain and dreariness of England, will apparently be our worst winter since 63, waiting to see whether the weather reporters have it right.

but it was great to see Jana, and had fun over there (germany). and all in all i am having a good time over here (london). work is great!! and 'home' is great too!!!
and will hopefully get to Nthn Ireland soon... yay.

well, hope you are all well
bless you all
