so, i've been working pretty much full time this term which has been lovely. on a kindy class. my stint will be coming to an end next week then a few days off and another 2 weeks at school on a year 4 class. so yeah, the working side of things has been great.
what else?? joined the gym (fitness first haha) and have been going with rach to try and keep fit. I've also started back at frisbee and started riding my bike randomly. i went across the harbour bridge the other day after work. it's nice to be back and able to do things like that. speaking of which, rach organised a day out today which was a walk from bondi to bronte. it was such a lovely day with the sun shining away and just generally enjoying sydney... and for free too! (well done rach!!)
went to V festival yesterday. it was expensive, but worth every dollar. saw le kingste, duffy, the madness, the kaiser chiefs, snow partol and the killers. and the weather was stunning... not a cloud in the sky... i could not have acutally asked for a better weekend.
hard to believe it is almost easter and alex and i (in true style of our last easter holidays adventure, although that was a public transport one) and vic are going down to melbourne and along the great ocean road. looking forward to that.
haven't found anything like the simon community (my homelessness stuff in london) but i am looking an organisation that i will start doing some stuff with in the next few weeks, so i'll keep you posted on that.
and hopefully found a church tonight too... which will be exciting for me.
not much else i suppose... still going to trivia at the greengate on wednesday nights... still enjoying life and hanging out on the other side of the bridge more often these days as it's just a quick busride home... (hope you enjoyed friday night rach! haha)
well.... i should be going to bed soon. cos i haven't quite prepared enough of my school work for next week... whoops... it's hard to be motivated cos i only have a week left, but hey... i'll try my best)
